I picked out the wrong coop and now I have no plan :-(

Cbb, contact the Better Business Bureau for their area and lodge a complaint. They should not have charged you 10% for cancelling. By failing to deliver on promised delivery the date, and subsequent promised dates they pretty much broke any contract they had. Good that you got 90%, though, but they still owe you that 10%.
