I prefer the natural remedies.

I found another remedy-
It may sound ridiculous but I'm going to try it if a fox ever comes around.

Go to a hair dresser and ask for a chunk of cut hair (or you can just cut your own).
Then you put the hair in a sock or some breathable material then hang it some where in your run or in your nest box or in you roost (make sure it's under cover).
This is to PREVENT FOXES.lol.
The smell of human deters foxes from coming to your run.

I thought you could make a scare crow and stuff it with hair then the fox would have to back off.
If you have foxes try this I really want to see if it will work.

Wow weird remedy for foxes but I hope others try it to see if it will work. There are no foxes where I'm living lol!

Hi there,
I have read that Nasturtium rids chickens of any internal parasites. You can plant it near their run, and they will eat it's juicy leaves and bright flowers. Not sure where you're living so don't know if it's available where you are. Also vinegar in their water is supposed to stop them pecking each other. This is sure to be a good thread and I will keep writing!
not sure about this one - i have wild nasturtium all over my yard and the chickens don't seem to touch it - not even the wild chickens, of which there are many.
