Jadeheart bounded to the TwoTrees with two mice hanging limply from her jaws. She dropped them on the prey pile.
"Not a bad hunt," she said referring to the hunters behind her, also carrying quarry, "but we did have to work a little harder to catch the prey. Leaf fall is coming." She said "I am sorry, I was.... a bit distracted." Jadeheart was used to catching a lot more, being an excellent hunter. But she had kept looking at Fallingrain, and finding excuses to talk to him. She still wasn't sure whether to take him as her mate. She hoped to help him to come out of his shell more. She wanted him to be more sincere and talk about his feelings. Unfortunately, toms always were a little bit shy to talk to cata about things.
