Stormleap is supposed to be the next deputy, so he can have Fluffypaw as a apprentice.

It's not that important, but it might help. Also staggering apprentice ages a tad bit more. I will change that soon.

Alright! Our next issue: The elders.
Apparently,
Stormleap is about to retire. He is about four years old, which is around 35 cat years. (If he were human he'd be 35)
whereas, Sprucetail is 97 moons, or 8 years old. That's about 50 cat years. He is still a warrior.
Phoenixheart is around 4 1/2 years old, which would make her around 40. She's an elder.
See the problem?
What should we do? Should I increase ages for all the elders and 'older' cats?

At 50 moons they become an elder. Pheonixheart had an accident and her front right paw is lame, Sprucetail, should be made 60 moons and decided since he was fit he still wanted to be a warrior. Stormleap is more like 35 moons and Willowfern just decided that she was tired and has a back problem.

I personally think it should be a bit older. Maybe more like 72 moons (6 years?)
Cats, even wild cats, can live longer than 4-5 years, and living to be an elder is supposed to be uncommon for warriors.
