I REALLY have to delete a couple pictures from my uploads..

This screen does not come up on my photo page to delete individual pictures.

But, I still have not hit the "make public" button.

So, is that the "workaround" you have to make your album public prior to cleaning it up?

Yes, that seems to be the case. It seems you can't delete anything until you make it public.

There is no limit to how many pics you can store and the default album is only visible to you unless you make it public. The new albums you create are editable like gargoyle showed.

I have found that i can keep my old BYC upload album and still post my (family friendly) pics from it into this new BYC format...
So.. thats good! I wont have to lose all my old uploads! Whew!
