I really need some input on possibly culling a chick

I have no issues this one staying small. I have bantam breeds he/she can hang out with too if it becomes an issue. It is a full 4 weeks though and still eating well and everything so I guess I should relax and just let this one do it thing and be small. This particular chick has had me twisted in knots worrying over its size and the possibility of failure to thrive. thanks for all the input. Nice to hear some happy alternate endings for my chick.

Sounds like the best plan. I had a hatchery BO chick that was about half the size of her hatchmates even after we moved them outside at 7 or 8 weeks. Eventually, though, she caught up with them in growth and exceeded them in beauty.
