I have four hens, Road Island Red, 2 banties (1 black and 1 white) and an Ameraucana. The Road Island and Ameraucana are still laying but my two little banties have stopped laying. It has been since September 28th since the last eggs. Why did they stop laying and when might they start laying again?
I am getting an egg a day from the two larger girls.
They are all about 9-10 months old. The little ones stopped laying at about 6-7 month old. They laid about a dozen eggs and then nothing. Is there something I should be giving them or do they stop laying for the winter?
