I should take out the eggs right?

You can also boil a few of their eggs and toss them back to their nesting box. One for each nest and clearly mark them to identify that they are the dummy eggs. This way you don't have to worry about a crashed egg in their nesting box. Just collect the fresh eggs everyday and enjoy them or save some for hatching if you have a rooster around. This way you can always start with a new set of flock if you loose all your chicken from vicious predators or disease.

Just curious, what if the boiled eggs go bad? I'm having a similar problem, every time I take eggs she moves her laying spot, at least she's laying in the coop but I'm worried she'll eventually start moving outside to coop too @.@

For what it's worth, I would vote for the dummy egg solution already mentioned (golf balls or wooden eggs) to train your hen and remove all actual eggs from the coop as promptly as you can. If they accidentally break into one, it might encourage them to become egg eaters, which you don't want. I feed the eggs back to the girls scrambled, so they have no way to associate them with eggs they've laid.
