i somehow acquired 2 runaways and i have questions. please help

I would let my partner solve it if he was the one who made the mistake, and eat the ice cream myself. :)
you probably have a normal partner, you see. 😂
he can't be trusted in kitchens or anything to do with food.
or cleaning, now that i'm thinking about it.
it's better to know what's going on and do it myself 😂

Chest freezers hold the cold well. Likely only the top layer is an issue.
i think you're right! the top part had loads of ice around the edges.
only like 3 or 4 inches down. i took everything out and scraped it off. it was probably good to get rid of some things. just wasn't planning on today 😂
and now i realize i really need to go to the supermarket 😂

see? always more jobs.

No-one of interest is normal. :gig
Im sure he would never have learned if I kept clearing/cleaning every mess he made myself. Also, we have a deal to cook by turn.

MDH still needs some directions from time to time (after 35 years), and gets annoyed sometimes for sure. Nevertheless I only get the urge to clean his mess if he has/had a much tougher day than I have/had.

oh, he's interesting alright! 😂
and also unteachable (26 years).
i would never let him cook an actual dinner.
well, he did once. and that's why. lol!
i wouldn't want him to even make toast.

he has been on a hoover kick lately. he is a very aggressive hooverer, crashing into everything, but i let him off because he thinks he's helping. 😉

he almost always has a tougher day than i have. i don't mind doing it.
(well, mostly. 😂)

Do you mean fanatic vacuum cleaning?
Sorry my English is not good enough to understand everything written on BYC.

I looked for help from google. But that brought me to narcissistic hoovering. 🤪🙄 Surely hope you are not into 50 shades of whatever that might be in a relation.
