i somehow acquired 2 runaways and i have questions. please help

one more question (sorry)
but do you have it somehow attached to the wall? and the ground? or just the tension of the chicken wire makes it so they can't get under?
It’s only attached at the ends, but it sits directly against the house on one side, and has pavers (about 2” thick) along the other side. They’re not getting under that 🙂
If it wasn’t against the house, we’d use some sort of wire anchor to hold it down (there’s no wire on the bottom, they like to dust bathe there).

oh! i see it now! i thought the pavers were inside the tunnel too. but i looked again after reading this and i get it. thank you for all this info!

What distance do you need to get them from coop to greenhouse?
i'd have to measure because my guesses are way off. lol!
but the greenhouse is 12 feet long and of course the door is at the opposite end from the run. it's 8 feet wide and the doors slide open from the middle out.
my terrible guess would be the greenhouse is 6 or 7 feet away from the run.

I forget what your greenhouse is made of, but could you open up a 2’X2’ opening on the side nearest the run and attach it there? You could put a door to close it off on the inside of the green house.

i was thinking i could get something like this. put a couple together. but the problem is the doors to the run and greenhouse.

that would work I’d think! I realized you’d want it to be covered to keep them away from the crows

the new greenhouse is glass. and the panels on the back are really long. they were such a pain to put in. lol! the husband would kill me if i even suggested changing or moving anything about that. lol! and i don't really blame him because i did help build it.
