i somehow acquired 2 runaways and i have questions. please help

saw shadows from the (?)crows flying overhead. My guess is that she’s seeing them and responding instinctively to an overhead threat,

i presume the crows flying over are a good explanation.

also! louise isn't doing anything but then thelma will wig out like that and run up to louise and they stick their chests out for a second, but then they just walk away. lol! nutters.

I was wondering if it was the crows spooking them, maybe, too. The crows look so comfortable there! My girls get so wonky during molt, even around things they’ve been a costumed to their whole lives.

Maybe she is excited to be out for a bit, too, of course

maybe it's a combination of all the things. they are so used to the crows. but since they have not been out much (also our weather has been misery) and the moulting... maybe it's making her skittish?
like she seems all safe and unbothered in the run.
louise has been so mellow it's almost concerning. lol!
but i like the new louise.

yes. it was my fault though. i had to go out for a bit and i had to leave before the chickens went in the coop. they always eat a little before they go up. so i thought it'll be ok to keep the feeder open for them until i get back and i'll close it up then.
welp.
camera alert! there was the mouse.

that would have been the smart thing to do! i dumped all that food and washed the bowls.
i'll remember that for next time. thanks!
