Your card is just fine but go ahead and get yourself a new one if you want to. Ensure it's compatible with your board, power supply, and all that.

I upgraded my 15-year-old tower from a Nvidia GTX 260 to a AMD Radeon RX 570. You probably have a card newer than that so get whatever one you want.
No, mines whatever those are integrated into a Dell. There is room for one I know. Gosh they are expensive though. Was on Best Buy a couple of months ago looking at them.

From what I know for a good graphics card you'll need power direct from the power supply as well as a PCIe port. Azurbanclucker might be able to explain better than me.

Oh and Azurban, I ended up adding 16GB of RAM and a used, relatively cheap Radeon RX 570 to this computer I had to replace the 6GB of RAM and GTX 260. Works way better now and does everything I need it to right now.
