I'm sorry I didn't update on here.
I ended up cooking the eggs.
I'm getting some eggs from a couple of friends who are hatching. One hatch has already finished and I have three chicks from it. Another one just finished, but I'm only getting brown laying pullets from it, so I have to wait until we can sex them and until we know which ones have red earlobes. My friend who gave me the three is also talking about trios of about three different breeds, including Easter Eggers. I'm so excited!!!

Yeah, I got them.

Sorry I haven't been updating. Somebody has been hogging the computer!!!

Anyway, we think I have two pullets and a cockerel.
The cockerel is light black (super dark gray); he's a Jersey Giant mix; I named him Gilligan.
One pullet is white with small black splashes; she's a light Brahma mix; Mary Ann.
The other pullet is red; she's a New Hampshire Red mix; I named her Ginger.
We vent sexed them a few days after I got them and they all looked like cockerels, but I hope they're not!!!

I have bad news, I lost Gilligan. I had them in with a hen and chicks and we think the hen ate him.

And we separated all the chicks from the hen, so they should be alright now.
But I still have Ginger and Mary Ann, and hopefully they're pullets.
