Currently, I have two of the chicks my friend gave me this winter, Marianne and Ginger.
Marianne turned out to be a cockerel, so I changed her, um his name to Murray (after Andy Murray, the tennis player).
Ginger is getting close to laying.
I did lose the two Marans chicks.
I'm working on learning what I can about chickens for now.
