ya know, I am wrestling with the thought of processing a bird ( pet). Dunno if I could, but what crosses my mind is that they were taken really good care of and you KNOW what you fed them, the best, (meaning you know they would be the safest thing ever to feed your family, and you reap the benefits of your labor) We have never processed a bird. I am hoping that one day we can get to the point were we are mostly self sufficient , tho. We do process our own beef.
