The US refers Largefowl Chinese Silkies as Broiler Silkies. Hoover's/TSC is where I get mine since they're wrongly sold as Bantams.I believe @MysteryChicken has been working on a project or two involving larger silkies, maybe they might know someone who knows someone?
You may have better luck with inquiries if you ask about "large fowl" instead of "standard." You might also try asking about "meat" silkies. I know black skinned/boned birds are a niche market in areas with a large population of Asian descent where they're considered a delicacy. But people in that niche are less likely to use "show bird" terms like bantam/standard/large fowl/etc.
