Question: Is Silver And Gold the only "Sex Link" Colors? Or can you use other colors?

Gold roo on Silver hen

Non Barred roo on Barred hen

And Recessive Sexlinked Chocolate roo on a Black patterned hen are the only three sexlink producing color pairings that I know of. In chickens anyway.

And it is possible to breed for chicks that can be sexed by feathering rate.​

Another question: Does it work on Bantams Too? Could you get a Red/Buff Silkie rooster and breed it with a Grey Silkie Hen and get sex link chicks?

Yes you can.

LF X LF, Bantam X Bantam, LF X Bantam, it will all work the same if the birds have the right genes.​
