Age is key to whether I can tell you if those might be roosters as I am not seeing any secondary sex feathers...ie the saddle or sickle tails. Right now, if they are the 10 to 12 weeks, they look to be roosters as well with that much comb. However, if they are about 4 months of age, they look to be hens about to lay. A rooster will get the hen size comb around 10 to 12 weeks, then by 4 months will have the saddle and sickle tail and a really large (for the breed type) comb and wattle.
The black one is not a Silkie, just so you know. It might be a Silkie cross, but it has normal feathers and only 4 toes, and a large red single comb.
Silkies have hair like feathers (like a fluffy boa type scarf), 5 toes, all black skin, head crest with a black walnut comb.
