The coop and enclosed area is approximately 20’ wide by 30’ long. this is only for sleeping and laying their eggs. During the day time they have 5 acres to free range.

I believe you to be correct. As am typing and deciding what I should do to relieve the stress on my girls. Problem is integration, not feed, gonna take time for them to meld.
