I have 8 chicks (3 Rhode Island reds, 3 barred Plymouth Rock and 2 golden comets) that are about 3weeks old. One of my reds is much smaller than the other two reds and the rest. She eats & drinks just fine. I’ve been watching to make sure the bigger ones are not “picking on her”and they are fine. I guess my question is....should I be concerned? Any issues to look out for moving forward? Thanks in advance

Is she behind in maturity? Less feathering? Can you post pics?
She seems to be same level of maturity as rest same amount of feathers....just smaller

I had one like that. Her wings looked too big for her stumpy little body and she had a tail like Gertrude McFuzz if you're familiar. Not a bantam but she looked weird for ages and still lets her wings droop below where they should be. I have no explanation for why but she's fully grown now and other than being a bit odd, she's healthy.

Doesn’t matter to me As long as she’s healthy .....I kinda like her little ‘peanut’ self ❤️
