I think I just killed all 38 of my eggs hatching help !

Yes, keep them incubatng just in case. If you quit you will wonder what would have happened if you waited. I had big
temp fluctuations and I have 8 chicks out of 9 fertile eggs.

still air--I think-it's dead silent so I assume it does not have a fan? right? it never said fan on the box or the bator..

I will thank you for your support...I madea decision not to candle until next Sunday-that way it will be obvious if something has grown since this terrible issue...AT least half the egg will be dark right the top portion where the air sac is right?

That would be about right. Now then, in a still air incubator with the thermometer ON TOP of the eggs, it should read 102 degrees.

im trying when I turned it way down-im struggling to get it up to 102 before bed..its around 99 right now-when you turn it up how long should it take for one turn to reach peak heat?

Yes, by all means hang in there... Nature has a way if the eggs are good and fertile..

Think of the chicken setting... Eggs under her verses the eggs on outer edge of her. The heat is not the same for all ..

To many people here are trying to micro- every aspect of the process...
