Well you can get this unit used for $5000- $7000. I gave $50 for this (not counting the gas to drive for 15 hours) so even if I have to put another $700 in it, it will still be worth the money.​

I say go for it! I don't know how much land you have, but you could maybe incubate eggs for people around you who can't and earn a little extra money. We'll cheer you on, if you like.
