I culled the bird this afternoon. She sneezed mucus/ blood twice. I figued she wasn't going to make it. I didn't want her to keep suffering. I informed the man I bought her from. He said he's had over 200 birds die from this illness this week.

your county extension office will have the info to contact the state vet...I imagine they will want to do a necropsy on the suspected bird to confirm... (really need to refrigerate it)... explain about the blood and the source of the bird saying they had so many die from same symptoms and that you were told it might be ILT... they will either contact the state vet themselves or give you the number to do so.
