One of my 2 Anericaunas was slower to feather out compared to my other 7 chicks. Also looks like it has tail feathers and thicker/ longer neck. This morning, started crowing. Is Louise really King Louie or Leonardo (or as my husband says "Boy named Sue")? Age is about 10 weeks old.

Yes! Even if "Louise" hadn't started crowing, that tail is a dead giveaway... I can't really see the hackle or saddle feathers very well, but females don't get those draping dark tail feathers...
