I think most my EE “pullets” from TSC are cockerels… plus some. Pic heavy

As the title says and I’ve suspected for a while, I think 5 of the 8 EE “pullets” I bought from TSC are actually cockerels. All photos are numbered - can someone else confirm (or disprove?) my suspicions? They are somewhere around 5-6ish weeks - head feathers are coming in. I got them older so I don’t have a firm age.

I also have two GLW, both are looking like pullets to me. They are a bit younger - I’m guessing 4 weeks or so? They are almost as big as the EE and their neck and breast feathers appear to be coming in.

Finally, my bantam chicks. I have three silkies and from what I have read, there’s no point in trying to sex them right now. I also have what seems like two EE and one unknown. I think they are

Here’s where I am leaning on them:

full sized EE
1-4 and 8 are cockerels. 5-7 are pullets.

GLW, both pullets

Bantams: B1 and B2 are pullets. B3 is a cockerel. Any idea on his breed? He doesn’t have green feet.

I greatly appreciate any help in this. If I do have this many cockerels, at what age do they need to be separated? They already chest bump a fair amount.

None of those are EEs. Full body pictures would help determine breed. The GLWs are too young to sex, but they aren’t obvious cockerels at this point.
B1 is a Dutch bantam and B3 is an old English game bantam.
Interesting! Someone else guessed EE on a previous post and my newbie self went with it because of the green legs.

They don’t like to hold still but here’s a couple shots. First two are the bigger mystery breeds. The last ones are of the bantams.

How big are the mystery ones compared to the bantams? Which one is B2 in the last two pictures?

B2 is the only in the solo shot and also the one on the right side of the rock - next to the silkie and the feeder. B1 is the darker one in the front and B3 is the one not on the rock.

I just took a photo of them out in their pen, B1 and B3 are in the middle of the bigger birds.

thanks for your help!

B2 is a Dutch bantam.

All of the older chicks with blue or green legs are also Dutch bantams.

If any of the older chicks have legs that aren’t blue or green, post an individual picture of them.

Actually, the older chicks could also be phoenixes. It’s too early to tell whether they’re phoenixes or Dutch bantams.

All of the bigger chicks except the GLW have green legs. I’m kind of hoping they are Dutch bantams! The Phoenix seem like… less friendly birds.

I’ve been doing a bit of research on both breeds and it seems like both are sexually dimorphic in their breast feather colors - males are black breasted and females are red to salmon. If that is true, it would seem that I have 3 cockerels and 5 pullets. What do you think based on this morning’s picture? Most were roosted in their brooder so pictures were much easier! Again, thank you so much for your help, I greatly appreciate it!

Looks like you’re right with their genders. I see three definite cockerels in your pictures.
