I think my chick is sick

Ok so i have a roughly 3 month old chick i have had her since right before christmas well when i went out to check on the chickens this morning one was laying on her side i thought she was dead but i brought her out of the pen into the house i gave her food and water she ate and drank and she started acting like she was feeling better being active and everything

but then a couple hours later shes acting the same way its laying on her side with her feet out its like shes weak and her feet are shaking whats wrong with her

We can't tell you what's wrong with your chick, only make guesses. Here are some possibilities:

Marek's disease
Cocciciosis
Toxic poisoning from mold or petroleum products such as paint thinner or insecticide
A bacterial infection
A crop impaction from not having access to grit
