I think my chickens are killing each other

You have two problems, whether there is a predator or not: the 24 hours of light, unless it is a red light, and space. That is not even close to the minimum needed to USUALLY prevent these kinds of problems.

I would guess you also have a weasel., or perhaps a good sized rat, or even a feral cat.
 
OK, so how many chickens can I keep in this space, and should I shut the light off at night? I am trying to keep the water from freezing. I want them to be happy and healthy.
 
Suggestions please. Red light is coming. No tracks in snow or on roof. Coop appears to be secure. Do I need to reduce the number of chickens and what number would be healthy in this environment. They are locked in the run only in the winter when there is snow on the ground. When I am home, they are out in the yard.
