i think my duckling has water in its lungs need help

i went to go check on my ducklings and i picked up one and it opend its moth and i saw a bubble plez help me by the way there 3 days old

I had the same thing happen multiple times. keep the duck confined in a small area and if it gets worse youll know because itll seem to be having seizure type things going on. make sure it is warm too not cold

yes but no sometimes

mt temp is 90 my duck seems to be ok but she seems to keep makeing a clicking sound

She may have inhaled some water. Do they have water 24/7? If you can make a quick video and upload it that would be helpful.

she died

yes she had clean fresh water proper heat and fresh food
she died in my hands after 5 minutes of on/off seizures
