I think my hen has a swollen toe, how do I treat it?

She walks and runs normally. The afflicted part is pinkish and soft. Does this look swollen to you guys? If so, how do I treat it? Please help!

I can't get a picture underneath her foot right now because I'm the only one home now, but I can get it later. I picked her up and the underside of her foot looks perfectly fine. It's just the toe that looks a bit weird.
 
Does anyone else think her toe looks swollen and if it is, any suggestions on how to treat it?
