I think my hen isn't a hen

I'm a first time chicken mom. I got 5 pullets, different breeds, in early spring. I was so excited for the light brahma because of the feathery feet. After a couple weeks she was clearly the biggest, and bossiest, of the 5. She's easily twice as big as any of the others. We thought it was a breed difference. Last week she started crowing. I'd read that brahma hens sometimes do this back at roosters so we thought that was what it was, bought a no crow collar, and are trying to shut her up (we live in a city and roosters are illegal). I can't get the collar to work and doing more research has led me to believe she's actually a rooster (cockerel technically). I got these pullets for eggs so I don't want a rooster around. Please confirm she's a he and I'll rehome him.

Definitely a cockerel, shiny green feathering and other signs. I just found out my 8 week old dark Brahma is a cockerel too.
