I think my Silkie Rooster has a sinus infection

I got my rooster 2 weeks ago and 2 days after i got him i noticed he had clear and yellow stuff leaking from his nose... Its just on one side and i thought maybe he had broken one of my hens eggs, but that wasn't the case. I've cleaned his nose almost everyday and it still won't go away :/ I feel kinda bad for him... he doesn't act like he's in pain, he eats pretty good with the others and he is very energetic.

Definitely get going on the antibiotics.
