I think one of my baby chicks is hurt

I saw a very tiny amount of blood and she is limping, and the wood chips I kept her on made her unable to walk and kept acting like she was rolling. I very gently picked her up and examined their feet but i'm not a veterinarian and I didnt know where the blood was coming from and I plan to take her to a vet when its morning, do you think she will be okay? She also has a tiny amount of poopoo ( yes nasty ) stuck to her butt, is that something that should be concerning?

That is pasty butt. Use warm water to soften the plug and gently pull it out. The blood I couldn’t tell you. Post pictures of the butt and we can help.

The blood may just be from broken blood vessels in the egg while hatching. If the chick still is bleeding after she fluffs (dries off completely and has fluffy down) you have a problem. wash the poopoo off with lukewarm water and then wipe it gently; pictures would help. Good luck!

Wow a vet is big $$, wait a few day before such drastic measures.... Why don't you put up a photo of your chick or tell us more about your chick like its age . And wash off the pasty but like A_FOWL_GUY recommended . Keep us updated ..

shes doing better, I cleaned off her pasty butt and now shes just tired alot, and she lays alot, shes still got a tiny limp though and I hope its only sore and not something like a broken bone
