I think they are Barred Rocks......?

These are not Barred Rocks. They are Dominiques.
Rose combs are dominant, so if you cross a BR with a Dom, most of them will still have rose combs or a modified version of them. If they aren't a cross of the two, they are Doms, not BRs

If the combs have been cut and are actually single then they're BRs.
Of not they're rose combs. This is a rose comb on an EE:

Here's a rose comb...it does kind of look like it's been trimmed off and there's scar tissue, but that's just the way it is. I'd vote Doms on your hens.

She does have a funky comb, and the pic doesn't show it very well, but it is at least partly a rose comb. She is an EE though so in all possibility it is not.

HorseFeathers, yours reminds me of this female (the one up front with the gold on her chest):

Mine looks much older than yours, so her comb is a little more flopped over than it used to be.

Here is one of my girls, who is a single comb over a pea comb breeding. I've had Wyandotte with combs like those pictured, the Wyandotte also being a rose combed breed. So, could be Doms or crosses of Doms.

Okay, this may be a silly question.....but, what about the leg color?
None of my barred rocks have true yellow legs like that.

Just a thought.
