I think I got lucky: most of my girls went into "mystery molt" wherein they didn't obviously lose many feathers just acted cranky and lethargic with no egg laying. My RIR went the longest: 5 weeks with no eggs and felt like poop! But this past weekend she suddenly perked up and started hopping around and playing like a young'in and started to lay again. The worst for feather loss was my bantam cochin hen Duchess. While she didn't look much different, her coop/run were covered almost as much as yours from her alone! She has also been laying a couple of odd shell-less eggs in between her usual normal eggs too since.
I HATE molting! Even my dominique pullet, Tuesday, who was just hatched this January did a mini molt!!!
Finally today I got 5 eggs from 7 hens and one is still molting, the other is broody and raising 3 chicks so they get a break...
