I think they might be ready for freeranging

My 5, 9 week chickens have been outside for almost 2 weeks. Every night they have been going to the rosot and sleeping. The process continues. I want to know if that means they can freerange? Should I wait until they are a little bit older?

I'd give it a try. I usually have to chase in a few stragglers the first couple of times, but then they all pretty much get it and go home to roost on their own. If you're having issues, you can turn a light on in the coop, and at dusk, they'll go toward the light! Good Luck!
