Do they have grit? Is it her crop you are referring to? Crop is always full after eating. If crop does not go down(small and empty)then could be impacted, what are they eating? The right side holding.

No they do not have grit. They are only getting chick grower mashed with cane sugar water, ACV and sometimes a dash of yoghurt. She is pooping. I will check to see if the mass goes down after a while. Sorry, I am brand new to chickens and just learning (the hard way, it seems).Do they have grit? Is it her crop you are referring to? If eating anything other than chick feed, they need grit. If she is on shavings, may have ingested some. You can give her some coarse sand or purchase grit(anything smaller than her eye,she will eat).No they do not have grit. No,too much calcium for young chicks.Would oyster shells be ok? I have that.
The aspirin was only 81 mg and I gave her 1/4 so about 20 mg.If eating anything other than chick feed, they need grit. If she is on shavings, may have ingested some. You can give her some coarse sand or purchase grit(anything smaller than her eye,she will eat).
Careful of the medication(very dangerous to medicate if not sure what problem is,can cause more harm than good.)she has had quite a lot for one so young. Aspirin dosage may have been too high(used for pain)and only 25 mg per body weight.
Wondering if anyone has input on these pics and the possibility of Ocular Marek's.
Pupils are quite dilated and I took him into a darker room and shone a flashlight into his eyes. No discernable change in dilation. I get the feeling he cannot see as he is normal otherwise but does not eat or drink on his own but does when I hand feed him. There has been no discharge at any time. I have used oxy on pigs and I know it should have a response very soon on negative gram such as mycoplasma as well as probably other infectious problems. With these two birds, it seems so much like they have gotten two different manifestations of Marek's.Check to see if pupils dialate with light if they do then may be something else. The reason I mentioned corzya was the pics I've seen look similar but I think that there is a foul odor/ mucus with corzya also. Has there been any improvement with the oxy yet? Usually should see some improvement within 2-3 days. My birds recovered quite fast with oxy injection ( not for mareks ) if this is something that oxy will help should see some improvement soon I would think. Good Luck
