I think we are getting close!

We had a pretty day here in NC so I was able to be out with the girls and got a few better pics. Here is one showing our CCL/Swedish flower mix, along with a couple of her flock mates, she is about 3 weeks older than the other girls. She has all of a sudden popped out these bright red wattles and comb! Do you think I'll get an egg by Christmas?

It was about two weeks after my buff orpington hen developed wattles and bigger comb when she laid her first egg so maybe a Christmas egg is in your future.
