Ok so mine are still in the bator. It is like day 19.
I thought i just had a bunch of nothings so i cracked one open and there was a poor little baby in there and it was moving a bit.
I feel like a murderer!!!!!!!!!! Well I am because i killed the poor little thing!! i feel soooo bad!! So my question is why aren't they hatching? should i just leave them in there longer? how much longer should i wait ? This is my first time hatching so i am clueless.

NEVER MIND, one is hatching right now!!! I am soooooo thrilled!!
does it matter that only one has came out and is bumping around into the other ones that haven't hatched?
thanks.

If They're Still Going Let Them Go, Give 'em Time. Did You Float Test Them? I Would If They Are Overdue, Its The Best Way To See If They Are Duds Or Late Bloomers That Are Still Alive And Havent Hatched Yet

You take a bowl of warm water and drop the egg in. If it floats it's no good. This works for fresh or incubated eggs. Just don't leave the eggs in the water for very long.

well i opened one this morning and there was a baby in there that was alive but it wasn't developed all the way and i felt soooooo bad. i guess i will just give them more time and see what happens.

Well she said that is what they are and told me 16 days to hatch. Maybe they really aren't. I guess I will find out. Well i hope i get to find out that is.
