I thought she was an Orpington? What is she?

She's a definite she, but I have no idea what she is. I got the eggs from a friend and when I went to go see her birds, they seemed orpington enough. The girls were all buff orpingtons, hatchery stock, but good looking birds, and the boy was built like an orp, but his colors where weird. He was a lot darker and the top half of him was chocolaty and such. It's hard to explain and I don't have any pictures. Has anyone had their chicks look like her and knows what color she is? She has an orange beak and feet, a single comb, blue eyes and she has the same colored spots in her downy on her neck and head. She's almost 2 weeks old and has about 3/4ths of all her feathers .

Definitely not a Buff Orpington. Could be a mix breed? My only other guess would be Red Star rooster...Red Star females are brown colored, males are cream colored with some brown on their wings.

She's pretty though!

Thanks! I dont know, What are red stars a mix of? They look very red creme colored, where as she is platinum blondish. But maybe.

As a note: I've been scanning pictures of chicks all morning and it looks like the only colors that are light with darkish wings so far are jubilees and an OEG color that wasn't labeled. But those are like big blotches, this is more fine, like. Almost like a turkey wing feather. But not as well barred? I'll try and get a picture.

These show the wing better. Maybe they're penciled? But I've never seen penciling and it seems unlikely.
I was going back through my records for the hatch and it looks like I had

4 welsummer x australorp
6 maran x australorp
3 faverolles
and 6 buff orpington eggs

I thought that none of my faverolle eggs worked out, but they looked very similar to the orpington eggs. But she only has 4 toes and no fluffy feet or cheeks. But she looks almost the right color.
Heres a picture of some faverolle chicks

None of my faverolles are in contact with any other chickens either. /: So I dunno. Any suggestions?

Favorelles have feathered legs, Buff Orps usually have white legs , so maybe you can go from there. Do you see feathers on the legs? If so, they're probably favorelles.
Didn't you say you had ordered them?
