Last night, I brought one of my ISA Brown hens inside. She had had a body foot for hours, and it was time to try to help her. I rinsed her foot off and found that the skin on one of her toes had been ripped off on the top of the toe. She wasn't doing very well. She was at the point where I figured she would be dead the next morning. She was acting mostly sleepy, and was light, and was puffed up. Yet, God did a miracle. She spent the night in a cardboard box in our kitchen. I thought that I would have to deal with a dead hen this morning, but to my surprise, I went downstairs and found her standing up in the box! Definitely not dead! She spent most of the day inside. I took her back out to the henhouse, but noticed tonight that her foot was bleeding again, so I brought her back in for the night. Praise the Lord that she is still alive! Attached is a pic from tonight.

I'm glad that your hen is ok. I agree with what @webmistress32 just told you above, and you might keep her inside away from the other's for a couple of day's. That will give the wound a bit of time to heal, and not having other member's of your flock trying to peck it back open.
