I think TSC has no clue. They sell white chicks and not white chicks. So far the only correct id I have seen on their chicks have been production reds. I am getting nice brown pullet eggs. My labeled TTs look like Leghorns and lay white eggs, except one that is still all pale faced like yours MamaBear. They are laying, so I can't complain. I think I will stick w/ hatching my eggs. At least I have no mystery chicks, I know who the moms and dads are. That Naked Neck gene is nice.
 
I believe they are hatchery White Rocks, but yes the hatchery white RIs are single comb or our red sex link would have double combs, since it is dominant. but they rarely breed RIWs, only use them as stock for the sex link. They much more likely shipped rocks.
