this is an Austra white. She has always been an Amazon compared to the rest. Her comb was big at 1 week not to mention her feet. now 6 weeks old I really fear she may be a roo. Anyone with experience with austra whites have any hen or roo photos I can compare at this age?

Yes...Why not?. Leghorn Pullets also get combs early.

Yes but not that early.
My leghorn pullets only started to develop large combs at 12 weeks.
