You are amazing! I just finished my costuming (I have just organizing before dress rehearsal tonight) and the thing I am so looking forward to is cooking/baking. No more mac and cheese! I am so making bagels this week, maybe even tomorrow. Yummmmmm. Cooking days are the best, a little NPR, some yummy food to taste as you go and a feeling of accomplishment. Not much better

My fav part is reaping the rewards throughout the following week: little or no cooking for my house! Since I won't be home until...

Tues - 7
Wed - 8:30
Thurs - 6:30
Fri - 11:30

... this week, it's great to know that pretty much all the breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are done.

Next weekend I want to make English Muffins again. Alton Brown has a nice recipe that makes for a lovely crumpet-like yumminess.
