Marmite is awesome. It's loaded with B-vitamins, too- a super supplement for vegetarians. Spread on nice buttery toast...mmmmmm. Impossible to beat.

Marmite is brilliant, wonderful stuff. Lovely on hot, buttery toast, or buttery crumpets. I never knew you guys had it in the US, but for those who haven't tried it, it's not a patch on vegemite - vegemite is an evil impersonator
