It doesn't matter if he was separated or not. Married is married. Period.

A good friend of ours is the survivor of an adulterous marriage. His wife cheated with his "best friend". She divorced our friend & is now married to the co-conspirator (who was also married at the time).

My one rule for moving on from a relationship, any relationship: it must be 100% over before you move on. If you're separated & meet someone who interests you and is NOT your spouse, then get divorced or give up the potential relationship. It's just not fair.

Oh, I'm not excusing him or his behavior - only saying that it isn't like his wife just left and he knocked up his girlfriend. At least he waited a few years, which if pretty good for Hollywood.

I agree here too. Married is married, but three years seperated is a long time, and I assume both parties knew what was up. However a cheat is a cheat and he is on my list now. And that is growing longer faster than ever...... Unfortunate.​
