I want to raise quail but........

I dont know if these rabbit cages will work.I have 2 of them they all have a door and but all the walls and roof is made out of very strong fencing stuff.How do I make it weather proof for a new england winter?Or if there are easy ways to make a quail coop under $100.

A photo will help, but I believe they do fine in the snow with minimal roofing/siding.

If theres a sawmill close to you go get slabs from them. They usually give them away. use that as siding. Just overlap it and itll work great for a coop.
