Sorry OP for temporarily going off topic here... Will get back on topic in a second... Just got tired of this finally, I swear half her posts have got to be rule reminders:

Angel_Feather: If you have a problem with someones thread then you PM the moderators about the thread and they can handle the situation...Don't humiliate the OP by reminding them of the rules, they may be new(like you)... Maybe we need the mods to give you a lecture on discretion... In this case if the Mods feel this thread needs to be moved they will move it... They check on all threads posted so I'm pretty sure they know where the threads belong as I've accidentally posted in the wrong place a couple of times and the post was move to the right place within a days time.

Anyway... Where were we? Oh yeah, I am not sure where this one came from as MojoChikn or Shelleyd2008 got it from a feed store I think so it had to be Ideal or another hatchery similar, sorry not from McMurray... But I'll check and see if I still have pics from the ones I got from McM last year.

Ok McM roo and pullets Bluedog420 later got the roo, he ended up huge... They were just pet quality but they got huge.

cthrash1 Thank you very much! I really did not mean to post this in the wrong catagory, It didn't really fall into any catagory I saw and seeing as the very able moderators didn't move it I guess it was alright. I'm not exactly new however I don't post much.


Thanks everyone for letting me see their cochins they are all pretty! I enjoy cochins no matter where they come from they are my favorites!​

I once saw someone selling Standard Cochin eggs on eggbid and I e-mailed them about getting some eggs whe my girls go broody... Not so much to raise some but to let the broodies do their thing... I knew I could sell what hatches. Their Cochins are beautiful! Perfect puffy rounded Cochins with beautifully full rounded cushions. They were really nice looking birds. Will find that email address for you sometime this weekend and try to see if I saved the link to that particular auction.
