I want to think girls but not sure!

I have 2 Columbian Rock Cross, hatchery birds. THey are 17 weeks old today. Im not really seeing any rooster tail feathers but they have bigger combs and wattles than my confirmed crowing roo! What do you think? I have a few pics of each, labeled #1 and #2.
