I woke up to CHIRPING... i am so excited...

I HAVE 3 PIPPING...i HAVE FOUND ONE DEAD...i AM WORRIED, BECAUSE i FORGOT TO PLUG BACK IN MY INCUBATOR, FOR 23 HOURS!! i AM KEEPING MY FINGER'S CROSSED AND HOPING FOR THE BEST.

I WILL KEEP EVERY ONE UPDATED. dj

Don't give up hope. It is better that they cooled than baked. It just will throw off your hatch times is all. To have 3 pipping is a great sign. Just shows that it did not get too cool in there. Our fingers are crossed for you and a good hatch.

28 chicks hatched out, 2 died this morning. The rest look really good. This is a batch of mixed chicks out of the chickens I bought in the spring. They are really pretty. I wanted more hens for eggs. The roo's will be sold. I am not able to cull them. DJ
