Put a chunk of watermelon rind in with the chicks this morning. They have been going at it all day. Since giving it to them this morning, they have took off all red, most of the pink and down to pretty much only white rind left. Someone must have walked on it, cause just checked a few minutes ago and it was upside down. Decided it was time to take it out.
But I think I may have made them mad at me. They are jumping all over, flapping and generally having a ruckus in there. If I walk past the door, they all run to it and look at me as if they are expecting something. Silly birds...................................................
